1. Scope
These terms apply to every private transfer booked on drive-me.cab. Booking a transfer means accepting them.
2. Booking and prices
Prices are fixed and all-inclusive (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, VAT) for the route and vehicle class shown at booking. The price is confirmed in your booking confirmation.
3. Free waiting time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, with flight tracking. All other pickups include 20 minutes. Beyond that, extra waiting is charged.
4. Child seats and luggage
Child seats are free on request when booking. Please declare the number of passengers and bags: the vehicle class chosen must fit them.
5. Stops
Short stops for coffee or a sandwich are free. Sightseeing stops along the route are charged.
6. Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Drivers on long routes
For routes over 800 km, a second driver can be added at an extra cost.
8. Liability
BLACKCARS holds professional liability insurance (policy no. AU457656). We cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our control.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Courts of Nice have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
